Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log in to your Mizuno account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship to Mizuno Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier point, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our sports equipment specialists verify the condition of your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
